Unusual Bird Behavior!

On occasion we get some phone calls about a strange bird in someones yard or an unusual behavior someone has witnessed. We get many calls in the spring about the Northern Cardinals battling their reflections in the window and woodpeckers beating on the gutter, but this is a new one for us with photos to back it up. Enjoy this juvenile Cooper's Hawk taking an afternoon off at the pool.

Photos are by Sue Schade in Middlefield, CT.
